PROPEL Center Launches AdvaMed 2013 Grant Program

Grant Applications for Reduced Registration to AdvaMed 2013 Now Being Accepted


The PROPEL Center of the iBIO Institute is proud to announce its new AdvaMed 2013 Award Program for Illinois-based life sciences start-ups to assist with registration fees for AdvaMed 2013, September 23 – 25, 2013. 


This program will provide grant awards to allow for both fully paid and partially paid a) full access registration to the AdvaMed 2013 conference and b) company presentation fees at AdvaMed 2013 (only for those companies accepted to present by AdvaMed).


There will be 4 different grants awarded. The number of grants awarded in each category will depend on the number of eligible applications and the number of companies accepted by AdvaMed to formally present. PROPEL does not control AdvaMed’s selection process.

1. A fully paid grant to attend AdvaMed 2013 (full value $1095)

2. A partial grant to attend AdvaMed 2013

3. A fully paid grant of the company presentation fees of AdvaMed 2013 (full value $800, for those accepted by AdvaMed)

4. A partial grant of the company presentation fees of AdvaMed 2013 (for those accepted by AdvaMed)


Applications will be accepted through July 7, 2013.  Applications are submitted online. All awards will be announced no later than July 22, 2013 (prior to the early bird registration deadline).
